Shipping Policy

All wholesale orders are shipped via palletized freight. Delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on your location within the United States. A signature is required upon delivery.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of commercial building materials, we do not accept returns on opened pallets or installed materials. If your product arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs on the bill of lading and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement claim.
